Hi, glad you are getting out and about rather than being stuck at home. Well I'm currently staying at home until Uni starts up again and it's weird sharing a house with family rather than my study buddies. We've already been given our reading lists for the 1st term and I've been busy looking for electronic copies of the books and some cheap ones online (paperback). I should be getting some of the books by Wednesday this week and should be making a start reading them. But we don't know what the first topic is so I could read something in the book and we might not cover it for a couple of weeks. Its pointless looking for a short term job (2 months), so I'll go back to Uni and look in the local rag for a simple job. As for the event...it's nothing special. You just post in the forums while waiting for the blobs to appear in random places on the screen. All you need is 100 to get all of the achievements, but most of them are from past events. As well as the achievements you can also get mysterious eggs, so the first 100 blobs get you 10 mysterious eggs. After that you need another 100 blobs to get another 10 eggs, you just keep doing that. A lot of people think you will need the eggs to craft (using alchemy) the Cosmos kin (blob leader). Getting 100 blobs can take quite a few hours but it's tedious, you may be better off buying the kin off the MP when the price drops. There is also an LK element, a new land and 4 new blob kin. Again some people think that you need to collect the eggs to craft the blob leader. So I'm just on and off the game depending on how much training I do, today I spent 150 minutes doing weights, cycling and a bit of swimming. Oh I've also got to fit in some time to watch the Olympics...I've got such a hard life lol lol

Hi how are you? I haven't seen you online for a while. Are you enjoying the event and which part do you prefer the forum (collecting & donating slimes) or LK (getting more kin)? I've just finished getting 100 slimes for the achievements, now I'm popping off to LK to get some kin and the 2 achievements there.

Oh that's cool, so you have a dual passport..very handy especially if you want to go back and forth between USA and Canada. I remember going to the big park (stanny park or stanley park) and there was (probably still is) a massive aquarium there with whales, dolphins and such, I really loved that. One day I'll make it back there, I also went up one of the mountains and watched a lumberjack show. That was pretty good until the mist came in and they were in the middle of axe throwing, I don't know how they managed to hit the target when you couldn't see your hand infront of your face. As for Gaia, well that's to be expected they are a business and the main purpose of a business is to make money for the owners/shareholders. Awhile back you could find links in the forums for a bunch of free items (look up Lessie's in the search bar) and they'd still be active, now they only seem to be active for a short amount of time...sucks really.

I generally keep the freebies...for a while at least and then if they can't be used in an avi then they'll go during one of my clear outs. I'm glad I don't work for Gaia, sorting out the mess that the hacker caused could take ages, especially as they trashed some of the items they bought. The other problem is that they probably have quite a few mule accounts and as soon as one gets banned they open another. I can understand that Gaia has to trade ban people, if they didn't they'd have more work to sort through as more people would be affected (treat as a virus...isolate and then give a remedy). There are a lot of really nice places in Europe, but for some stuff you need to see some of the quieter streets away from the tourist areas. But I guess that's like most places, I remember going to Vancouver and we took a detour down some stairs and ended up in the basement floor of a massive shopping mall (blocks away from the main shopping area). If I could afford it and had the chance I'd go back to Canada and really have a good look around the place.

Yeah I got all the grants, I don't know if I'll use the yellow & blue ones as I much prefer the red. Did you hear about all the people getting trade banned because of a hacker? As soon as I heard that people were getting trade banned because someone bought one of their kin, I pulled all mine off the MP. I definitely didn't want it to happen to me, as you can't always help others with their quests if you can't trade. Anyway I hope that you enjoyed your trip, and did you get to go anywhere other than Spain?

Hi, Are you back home or still in Spain? So have you been taking part in the mini event? I stopped after changing 100 people, thought this was a reasonable amount of people to change and I also found out there was no achievements for this event. So for me the event seems like another way for Gaia to reduce the amount of gold people have (don't think it'll work too well) and pretty much a waste of time.
