I've been seeing a therapist for years trust me it helps...if you have a fear of something or feel like your a failure at life thats some major problem so I suggest seeing a therapist..theres male therapists too....Look I had some pretty serious depression and aniexty but now I am stable just one thing I am taking meds and i feel sleepy because of my job that I have.
