Why thank ya' good sir. I have a custom theme on mine.
Skem9 is a popular place to find some custom layouts. Link for ya' -> Skem9 Gaia Online Layouts
Another place is Gaia Tools but their website is under a tad bit of construction
After you've found a theme you like all you have to do is go to profile preferences under the little gear icon on your 'My Gaia' page, and there you'll find a blank box under 'theme override' to enter the code that you copied.
