okay to change ur profile ur going to want to go to "My Gaia" and then go down to profile theme.
then u can put the backround u want into that box. if u dont know how to get a background, u can go to tektek.org and go to gaia profiles and pick one out.
the trade is when u want to exchange something with someone, the shop to to buy stuff, and the marketplace is where u can sell stuff from ur inventory and get gold for it.
and yeah if someone says i have 20g it means 20 gold, if they say they have 20k it means they have 20,000.
