Hmmm... I don't know about the reasoning behind that.... The percentage...... in some ways I can believe it, in other ways I can't, lol.
The reasoning, is often, from my experience, because the girls have a hard time accepting and believing that the nice guys are real.. sincere.. they think they're "hiding something"/"covering something up"... are "more dangerous"... -not dramatic enough.. lack self-esteem and self-respect.. and so on......
the prime reason, from what I've heard and noticed, is that it's hard for them to accept that they're real. There are stories (movies/books) about nice guys, but they're typically not observed in vast majority by guys.... because so many guys do believe they need to be assholes to get a girl (immediately).... My friend thinks that nice guys are any of those things (not real, covering/hiding something.. more dangerous..... she believes that people are dark by nature, so when they're light, she looks for, waits, and expects them to blow up and have issues or whatever..... she thinks there's something wrong that they're trying to cover up because she doesn't believe it's possible for people ot be so nice..... she thinks it's all a mask when they are....... plus she's been treated so poorly, I think it's all she knows how to accept, tolerate, deal with, etc..... she's used to that because that IS what most guys dish out....
