I do both, though I haven't created any from scratch in a few years.
I normally just piece together the sprites for most of the Gust games graphics, but on occasion, I'll go overboard with it. sweatdrop

actually when i made this avi, i had autumn in mind ,so i was thinking brown ,goldish leaves and such and then we had a thunderstorm here,so i addded it since there is usually alot of thunder in autumn where i live.
