Being a Pirate isn't what it is all cracked up to be, for instance... You tend to get shot at a lot, chased after by angry husbands... a lot, and you also have to be on the run a lot. Regardless from that, it's the life from me, the loot, the women, my ship mates. Though I am probably the strangest Pirate around, not only do I surf, by back at my on shore house, I practically have a zoo's worth of animals, lots of crazy friends, more money than I know what do to with, and a family the size of a small army.
Being here on this planet has made things easy for me, but back home, there is much more that I have there then I have here, I can only hope that when I return I will still have it all... though here, I have the opportunity to start over and start new, but there is a certain some one who is always lurking in my shadows, constantly waiting for her moment to strike. I fear for those friends I have just made... even more though... I fear for those that I love...
If there is one thing that is absolutely secure in my life, one thing that I will never lose, it would have to be the ocean. I used to have nightmares of it evaporating and I woke up thirsty, but it really shook me and I had to run out to the bow of my ship and make sure it was still there. So no matter how many times I've been kicked to the couch, my friends want to pretend they don't know me, or I am awaiting "death" on a hang man's noose, the ocean is always there waiting to accept me, waiting for me to set my sails and be free.
And to quote my favorite attraction here on this planet: "Yo-ho, yo-ho, you're wives belong to me." Uh... hmm... that doesn't quite seem right... oh well!
