I can barely breathe with the covers over my head

I can hardly stand to look at myself in the mirror

this is not hard

this is not bad to me

It only makes me wonder why

Why I cry

Why I bleed

Why I dont want the ones that help me

Am I sick?

Do I need help

I cannot seem to find an easy answer

My eye sight becomes blurry

I feel worm streams flowing down my face

It hurts to swallow

It hurts too much to hold them back

I cannot take control of this
