Is not? I Think your area is really interesting mostly by the volcanoes and their culture, but anyhow I come from Honduras C.A.
Oh! many are cute dramas but the good ones can be found on internet as example there is the current one called "My adorable Samsum" is pretty hilarious also you can see the Japanise soup TV their are pretty different though you might get confuse if you do not know a little of their culture, now the language I just know a little of Japanise and Korean but not enough to rish myself to watch a not sub program.
And all of those anime have been watched, most tell that OVAS are an excellent pick those as you said there might be good and baddies. Personally do recommend to watch Toradora.

About anime, I like it pretty much, their story line is so different though haven't watch any lately given that been attracted to Doraimas (korean TV dramas)
but definitely the memorables could be inuyasha, 1 minute per second and other I can't recsall ^^;
it's a combination of a few items actually lol, the tree comes from the spring nymph, the background is the spring field item, and the butter flies are two separate items are secret butter flies and secret purple butter flies
