umm nope only need to be able to carry a paintball gun if u dont want the paintball to hurt bad u need to wear heavy clothes like jeans, and for the top wear a shirt a body armour (they sell them at stores for paintball) and thats about it no phyiscal strentgh lol only thing u need to do is be able to take cover and aim lik quick i would now paintballs go so fast that if u dont shoot u'll get shot at and u dont want taht
