I'm still in love with yours. I borrowed the Sash, though- I don't think I'll ever get it with the way inflation is right now. Oh well- vote for me in the Arena tomorrow, I entered like this. biggrin
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is about a girl named Haruhi Suzumiya who's just graduated from middle school and is now in search of something to keep her from boredom. She joins all of the school clubs, and finds them to be a major drag. This strange routine is actually a search for supernatural beings to be her friends. Since all supernatural things have kept clearly out of sight (or maybe they're just too scared of her to come out), she decides to make a club of her own, called SOS-dan. It's comprised of a random bunch of people that Haruhi hand-selected (or maybe they just looked bored), including Kyon (last name unknown), Mikuru Asahina, Yuki Nagato, and Itsuki Koizumi. Together, they try (and mostly fail) in searching for espers, time-travelers, and the like. But what Haruhi doesn't know is that all around her, things are not as they seem. Kyon learns about the mysterious secrets surrounding Haruhi's connection to (get this) the creation and end of the world.
So, all in all, a very good (but very hard to explain) anime.
