It's a long story, the siege is lost, most of Helm's deep has fallen, as Michelle Chiba has noted, the center cannot hold.

If things don't change for the better of us all in the next few days it's gonna read like trading in one Dark Age for another, and that's no fun.
Also with that said, thanks for reporting the pleasant news, Folks of Puerto Rico and Ireland actually have more common grounds than first glances suggested come to think of it.
