You are now manually breathing.

Your nose itches.

Everything itches.

You are now aware that your toes are touching. and you need to pull them apart.

The final countdown is now playing in your head

You are now aware that an entity that is beyond the realm of human senses could be lurking behind you at all times.

You now have to yawn.
