ugh. here are the steps:

1. click on your avi at the top of the page (this will take you to your inventory)

2. there will be a link at the top that says "view full inventory" click it

3. all your s**t will appear. click on the tab that say "specials"

4. your presents should appear. click each present and open them to get your items
