sorrry to bug you again but does Sarah's ability to glamour mean she can make other things appear differently too or just herself?

the glamour thing. Does that give her the ability to shapeshift, as some people define it or does it mean that she can make people see what she wants them to see, so that it's more of an illusion than an actual change of her appearance?
