Oh, I start next fall - I'm going to be TA'ing under Rachel Rudich, which is totally awesome. She's doing exactly what I want to be doing with my life, and she's a total sweetheart.
As for the RAM thing, in that case I would just go with Susan Milan and show up for the WiBB masterclasses. I've been doing that with Keith Underwood for two years and it's worked out really well. It sucks that he doesn't teach anyone - I hate it when they do that. It's so lame sad.
I studied with Langevin privately for 6 months during undergrad (I was at UMiami, which is a much better school than people give credit for. I flew back and forth to New York twice a month for lessons). I studied with the three big Roberts - Robert Langevin, Robert d**k, and Roberto Fabricciani (in Italy). I do have the MM in Performance - next year I'm going for an MFA at CalArts in performance as well (I do a lot of Scriabin-esque interdisciplinary stuff, so I need the time to just do productions and go crazy.) I might be applying to RAM in a few years to study with WiBB - Susan Milan is great though, and you absolutely deserve your acceptance into both of those programs. Have you taken lessons with either of them before? If not, I highly recommend trying to get a lesson with each of them before you decide - I chose not to apply to Mannes because I had such a bad experience taking lessons with one of the teachers >_>

Yeah, I've just finished my MM at NYU. I'm taking a few months to just chill in the city and study with Robert. He's pretty much the best teacher I've ever studied with. Langevin is excellent too, but Robert d**k is totally on my wavelength.
Argh they do hurt alot, and I cant concentrate on anything! I completely failed playing bass Cuz I it was hard to keep the beat with a pain in my mouth -_-
My eye sight is a bit of a problem as well haha
haha Jr.High actually, and yeah.. I'm leaning to maybe opening a music/art store. Because those are the two things I want to do when I get older, So Why not do that, and help others get started in it also biggrin
I also might be apprenticing for a man named Mr.Gold who makes instruments.. Which will be alot of fun to learn to do!
Haha yeah I can pull off a french accent. I get told that I seem like a different person when speaking french.
I guess its hard, cuz I'm learning french from a Nigerian lady.. It sometimes gets hard to understand her ^^ Its fun, but Argh do I stink.
Do you speak it fluently or mostly?
Im terrible! I can pick up instruments easily! Language is nothing like instruments! I practice and practice and still stink -_-
But its still fun... Just way to challenging.. Definably not going for french 3
