No problem. Lol, I'm not even sure why I had that since I have never planned on having my avatar be a vampire. I found it in my inventory locker today though, I guess someone must have given it to me at some point.

Lol, you can buy human skin potions at Skin Tyte or whatever that shop is called or in the market place. Just search for human potion.
