some simple rules to avoid being hacked:

1: complex password, normally mixed with CAPITAL LETTERS, numbers (123)lower case (abc) and symbols ( !@#%)
the more characters in the password, the harder to get hacked

and NEVER EVER give out a password

a good practice is to change the password weekly, and never write the password down where someone can get it

... i'm iffy on this, how'd she know who hacked her? it's not like she'd have the server requirements to find out the ip address, and if they kept after her password she would have been suspended now and then

*i'm in a $20.000 course on this stuff, so it makes me wonder how it happened
