When I was 14 I got a micro-manga book in the mail from some publishing company that was a segment of Ghost in the Shell
I had never seen drawing of charachters so realistically disemboweled before.. at least never in a comic book! It was the coolest thing I had, until I got AKIRA for christmas one year.
My mom knew I liked manga because I had started collecting, but she didn't know much about it, so she bought a movie her friend recommended, from what her son said I might like... so I whoever that was had a cool son!!! domokun
