Darn... I was thinking of creating an Oasis thread (I can't find any that are relatively new) I mean there is one for like every band except them >_< There are 50 million for the Jonas Brothers for cryin' out loud and Oasis are much bigger not to mention better!
lol Neither did I! I was like wtf is Plasticine and then I found out it was Play-Doh xd Made much more sense then! I just love Little James because it is like an overload of cuteness heart And it was Liam's first song on his own wink
Songbird is so sweet, such an adorable sentiment to come from Liam for his wife heart I also really like Little James (most people don't seem to like that one very much though sweatdrop)
I just was listening to The Masterplan album on my stereo heart Really good album. I think if they do this 5 year break thing Noel is on about, they should release another b-sides album.

I totally agree, Noel has the sound for those epic sing-your-heart-out stadium tunes like The Masterplan. Don't Look Back In Anger is another example where Noel's voice is perfect for it, while Liam's voice was perfect for Wonderwall. I couldn't imagine it the other way round (though apparently Liam wanted to sing both lol) And Liam's voice is always perfect for his own songs (Songbird, I'm Outta Time, etc.) obviously, but I also couldn't imagine Noel singing them.
I love the Masterplan XD That and Don't Look Back In Anger are my 2 favorite Noel sung songs heart
The Importance of Being Idle, if it was about a girl instead of a guy woudl be my life story. lol From 'I asked my doctor for one more line', down to the 'lost my faith in the summertime.' The first time I heard it it actually surprised me with its accuracy XD
Wasn't the album referred to as 'Religious Armageddon' or something? lol Definitely a heavy theme XD
But yeah, 7 albums (I don't really count The Masterplan as a 'studio album' or it would be 8 I guess) and 15 years they are allowed to experiment a little I suppose lol
Hmmm... If I had to choose, my favorite Oasis song would probably be 'Live Forever'. I think it is one of the strongest songs Noel has ever written. But there are so many right up there that it is hard to choose XD Which one is your favorite?
I love almost all of their songs. There are a lot of bands that are kind of hit-and-miss, but most of the time Oasis are pretty spot on. I so agree about Dig Out Your Soul. I like it, but I would have preferred another album more like Don't Believe The Truth. It does have a few good tracks on it, my favorite is probably 'I'm Outta Time'. But some of the songs like '(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady' left something to be desired.
I'm a night owl envious of the people who wake up and realize they missed class.
^Forget being envious of the people on time, that's like wishing for Black CaT to show up chained down to a bed in your basement. xDDD
