Go to my profile. At the top, click the '?' button on the right-hand side. A little window should pop up that shows my avatar and says things like 'send message', 'view posts', and 'add/ignore'.

Click 'add/ignore'.

It'll take you to a page that'll have my username highlighted. Click the bubble to the right of my name to select it, than hit 'add friend'. :3
