just noticed your recent journal...& i'm glad your doing alright...miss you on DA...but it's ok...i understand...it's just crazy on there...well you still have your fan club group on there...& the recent contest went well...hope we have another like it...your art still continues to inspire people & me...i think you should make yourself a personal website...that way you can continue to show off all your artwork...& that way there would be no rules, no drama, & no trolls...you could even use it to continue your commissions(i really wanted to sign up for one...but i guess i missed out)...well anyways...i wish you best of luck in whatever you do here on out >^_^<
Hi, Drachea! Miss you on dA! But...I'm glad you did what you had to. No one should force themselves to keep going if it gets to be too much for them. I'll bet you're breathing a lot easier now.
It makes perfect sense to me, even if DA isn't that way for me. Most likely because I have about 5 fans, very minimal compared to your large amount, but there are still people behind you. I'm very glad that they didn't blame you for the tracing, considering that it is your own work. Reference images are just that; Reference images. Thanks for letting me know, since I was worried about you.

I have to admit that when you left Da, I didn't even notice.
It took me a while, and then it dawned on me. "Why hasn't
Drachea updated his journal?" Considering lately that my DA
inbox had been flooded. I apologize profusely for not catching
it sooner, and I'm very sad that whatever happened, had to
cause you to remove your wonderfully filled DA account.
I would really like to know what happened, considering
that every day your pieces put a smile on my face, and every
day I will miss seeing your almost-endless art pieces.
