I've been like this since about grade 10 and I did relate to Shinji on some level. Especially as the show got closer to the end where he basically "cures" himself. I figured that was a regular thing, trying to overcome whatever insecurities, weak points or sadness you feel.
Regardless, TSG helps me feel like I'm not just some weirdo. And if we are weirdos, at least we're weirdos together. :3
I don't really feel bad about losing my job, I quit because I wanted to. It got too frustrating. Always creating more policies that revolved more around image instead actually fixing things of importance to the customers and employees.
I think I've got a job at a smaller store with one of my ex-managers who I actually got along with.
I think that it's pretty cool that you're doing it, but I don't blame you for wanting to quit. I couldn't handle it. If you did decide to quit what would you do as an alternative? Walmart? D:
I've been thinking about going back to school maybe to study film on just an academic level. I've never seen myself as a director or anything but I do love the technical aspect of it and I just love watching movies in general. Watching movies are the one thing I could do all day. And maybe for all I know I'll be good at it.
Been watching Neon Genesis Evangelion and Kevin Smith videos on youtube instead of finding a job lately. NGE made me wonder if I suffer some form of depression. lololol TSG reminds me I'm not the only person who feels what I feel at times so I don't really want to assume anything.
