Well, around that time a lot of bad things were going on in my life and I didn't have time or money for any real hobbies. So I pretty much stopped doing everything until I got my life back together.
I know. It's especially true for me though. I haven't played since I was 17.
I fire up stepmania every now and again. But that is totally not the same. lol
More or less. The company that makes a few of the miniatures games we play is going to be there with stuff that isn't going to be for sale for another 3-5 months so we're going to pick it all up if we end up going.
I'm guessing if I intended to find you (/no stalker) I'd just look for a Korra cosplayer?
Because I was originally going to go. But things kept coming up hat required my attention (and money) and I ended up not being able to go. And I over booked myself.
The Miz is great. Watching him slowly move up to top card was great. His matches with Cena were phenomenal.
After WM last year he's been on a pretty big losing streak but there are big plans for him for after wrestlemania. They plan on throwing him back into the title picture right after.
getting mad is good! It shows you have passion for it. I can't count how many times I've tried to talk to people about wrestling but they're sooo stuck in kayfabe and wwe's ways they won't even listen or be receptive to something that isn't WWE.
Which is why I love going to live events wearing a t-shirt of a heel wrestler so I can see people go crying and tell me what an awful person I am.
Like when I went to Over the Limit last year when Nexus was still around my friends and I ALL wore our Nexus shirts and we got so many dirty looks from girls and little kids.
it was marvelous.
Also, I thought that part on Korra was great. I love it when a show can tug at peoples heart strings but in a comedic fashion. Cause seriously, WHO DOESN'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? They could have made a whole series about Zuko finding his mom. But I'm glad they turned it into a graphic novel series.

Aw. I always enjoy wrestling discussions. sad I will say this though, a lot of the diva's are horribly misused. Natalya, Beth and AJ Lee are ones right off the top of my head. I miss the days of Trish, Lita, Mollie Holly, Victoria and the likes. The Diva's division is basically a bathroom break now.
Um, I play a lot of trading card games. Like Pokemon, Yu-Gi-oh and the likes. I actually use to play competitively until I was about 19. But it became too stressful and other things were going on in my life where I couldn't do it anymore.
I just got back into them last year and its more of a stress reliever now than anything.
I read a lot of graphic novels and comics. I've always enjoyed comics but never really got into them because they were always pretty daunting. But my friends got me into some that are A) Easily accessible or B) Have been over for a while so I can read them in one trade. Usagi Yojimbo, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Locke and Key are probably my favorites. They came out with the first Avatar: The Last Airbender graphic novel a few months ago. The second issue is coming out in July. It goes over a lot of what happens in Aang and Zuko's life, how they planned republic city and what happens with everyone (including Zuko's Mom)
Yeah. After fees it came out to about 50ish. But still. I enjoy WWE a lot more than I do TNA so I'm willing to pay that because they use the talent they have the way they should for the most part.
Punk and Daniel Bryan deserve the spots they are at. I've watched them since mid 2000's and they deserve every single thing they have.
Unlike TNA where any new guy they sign except for Austin Aries they have no idea how to use and they keep pushing people like Kurt Angle who is basically dead, Mr. Kennedy...anderson who almost no one cares about and druggies like Jeff Hardy. All the while you have people like Hogan and Bischoff who killed the wrestling business in the early 2000's basically running things while Dixie carter signs the checks.
We got them pre-sale. And they were amazing seats. We were camera side.
We plan on getting ringside for TNA. Maybe. We don't know yet. But knowing us we likely will. xd
I just wish Wrestlemania would come to seattle again. All the big indy companies follow and put on huge, major shows. And going to a WWE or TNA event is fun and all. But over the years though I appreciate all forms of wrestling. I tend to enjoy the smaller, low key, and genuinely better wrestling that independent promotions provide.
The talent is arguably better (AJ, Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, Austin Aries, Elijah Burke) but as a whole TNA is pretty much unwatchable to me.
I went to a house show last april with one of my dad's friends and it was a blast. I got to meet everyone who was at the show except for AJ Styles (who was the only person I really wanted to meet.)
A small group of friends and I are going to the show in Kent. I'm not sure if it's worth 60+ for Ringside seats considering I only paid 40 for RIngside for Smackdown. But you I still plan on going regardless.
