About Me
I am an HSP (highly sensitive person, meaning that I process sensory input more deeply than non-HSPs) and an INFP. The internet has been a GODSEND to socially-awkward people such as myself (not that HSPs nor INFPs are necessarily so.) Since 2007 or so I have been learning a lot about what it means to be both.I'm a pretty easy-going, laid-back guy. Until you try to control or change me, or are premeditatively malicious towards me or my friends. Then I am vicious.
I am FIERCELY individualistic. I don't try to be that way for the sake of rebellion, I just am who I am, period. But I answer to no one. I'm everything that corporate society hates, and I make no apologies for it.
I despise the pursuit of materialism and status symbols as ends in themselves. Although I wouldn't mind having a few expensive things that I like. But not as status symbols. Simply because I like them.
I'm neither shy nor cold nor distant nor contemptuous. I'm introverted. There's a difference. Even though I don't say very much, I'm often thinking about people and wondering about them, sometimes even about very obscure people I've barely even met decades ago.
