Abilities:Atom Manipulation: The ability to manipulate the atoms around and in you to whatever element you wish it to be by bending the protons and neutrons. Leon is able to control the cells in his body to manipulate atoms and molecules he is able to make new cells by bending and shaping the very atoms that make the world.
Branches of the Atom Manipulation: Telekinesis, Regeneration, Shape shifting, Hallowed Mirrors, Evolution, Soul Drain.
Telekinesis: The ability to move objects with your mind. Leon Is able to move objects by sending out a nearly invisible cloud of cells to cover the object of his choosing, the cells in his body turn the atoms around them to match themselves making them multiply. He simply imprints an idea on the cells and they fallow it through. Leon is able to send them out over great distances without them having to be connected, but only if they are imprinted with the orders.
Regeneration: The ability to regenerate wounds. Leon is able to regenerate his wounds by pulling the damaged cells away and making new ones using atoms.
Shape Shifting: The ability to change ones appearance. Leon is able to bend and shape each cell to create a new one he can turn atoms into any element that is needed, He is also able to change the appearance of other objects.
Leon is also known to separate each cell to appear as a mist, this allows him to travel through solid objects.
Hallowed Mirrors: The ability to make hallowed puppet like clones. Leon simply imprints each cell onto a atom making what appears to be a clone of Leon but really is a hallow form ofhimself that he is able to control, this is only useful for escapes.
He is able to make a full clone but only as his other first body is being destroyed, due to confusion Leon is not able to control two bodies that have the same memories yet have different thoughts.
Evolution:The gradual development of something simple to a more complex form. Leon is able to evolve each cell to its max in order to survive certain attacks. If a bullet was shot at him the cells would harder to the point where the bullet would simply bounce off depending on where it hits.
Leon is able to breathe under water or live in space using both the ability to shape shift and evolve. This works on a microscopic scale, So everything works quicker. :Approximate time to evolve. It depends on the area and how much is changing, for the full body it takes 30 seconds.
Soul Drain:The ability to drain the life force of any living thing. Leon is able to Pull pure energy from living creatures, he doesn't use it to gain power but to kill his enemy. Leon is also able to give energy to any creature including his hallows.
Extra:Atoms age yet no one knows when one dies, but when one does Leon simply Pulls another to join him. He only does so when large amounts die but this only happens in the midst of a Time lord. (Some one who controls time, but the atoms don't die "in the midst" of a time lord but when the Time lord ages Leon.)

Yurie is equipped with many weapons, His weapon of choice is the Bazerker: Built by Wraith It is able to fire 5 rounds per second and has 50 bullets per clip, the ammo seems like any other but the rifle's barrel was specially designed to heat the bullet causing it to cauterize the victim's wound, depending where the shot lands on the victim is what determines their fate. Wraith's second weapon/tool are two grapple gauntlets which allows the user to launch titanium hooks that are connected to a cable that leads into the palm of the gauntlet, it is able to hold and pull 350 lbs due to the small yet strong motor located on the back hand of the gauntlet, the gauntlet is also able to send charges down the cable to whatever is at the end. Wraith is sometimes known to use them as whips or grapple items and hurtle them towards his target.
Wraith's second ranged weapon is a pulse blaster, A hand held gun that is able to flip a car with a single pull of the trigger. The pulse blaster launches what seems to be a controlled shock wave that launches whatever's in it's path, the size of the target is what determines the distance. It doesn't use ammo but a charge that can last for a couple of day's depending on how it is used.
He is also equipped with five specially made gas canisters that explode shrapnel in a 18 yard radius it is fallowed by a yellow gas that if exposed to an open wound can infect and kill a man within 20 minutes, Wraith caries the cure with him in case he is exposed.≡≡:

The helmet has been made by TDA to protect the entire head, face, ear and neck region. The helmet is made to be practically bullet and blast proof being layered in Dragon Skin and Hardened Grust Sand which is a lightweight material found in planet Phoenix that works fairly well in reducing the power of energy weapons. The goggle lens are made with transparent bulletproof glass (polycarbonate thermoplastic) making it lightweight and effective. It's known to scare hostiles into retreat due to the distinctive red and yellow glow the goggle emits although from the inside it is transparent. The wearer is able to see in Night Vision, Thermal, and the entire outfit has an inner voice command system being connected to the HUD and Cross Comm. A gas mask is also rendered with the helmet and put over the mouth and nose to protect the wearer from inhaling airborne pollutants and toxic gases filtering the air to breathe. The helmet is so professionally made to the point that the helmet will also regulate the amount of harmful noise or light, so that weaponry like flashbangs would be a lot less effective.
The body armor consists of an Pullover Ballistic Vest (PBV) personalized design to have Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer and Kinetic Foam installed inside it to avoid starting combustion, and being burned. The PBV attaches to the helmet to prevent one another from falling off. It will take 15lbs of pressure to remove it. The defensive components are made with 20 thin layers of Dragonskin and Hardened Grust Sand firmly compacted and rendering this 14lb, 1.4inch thick armor still flexible and wearer friendly. It's designed to help absorb and disperse the force of impact energy that is transmitted to the vest over a larger area thus allowing for more protection. The armor set covers the upper body, neck,groin, and buttox region, and of course there is open holes for the arms to fit through. There is also a sectioned off spot on the upper back side of the Pullover Ballistic Vest that is capable of mounting firearms up to 30lbs of weight and will hold it vertically. It will take 15lbs of force to demount the weapon and remount it again. To reduce trauma, the inside of the armor is made to be comfortable against the skin so it wouldn't hurt as bad if an object it pressed against the armor. The vest has 8 pockets/pads to store items inside.
The boots over each foot are well fit being very comfortable and has resistant leather to help withstand fire hazards and the rigors of sea-to-land warfare. SuperFabric instep panels prevent early boot failure from rope burn. The super-tough material resists cuts, abrasions, punctures, animal bites and rot. Shock absorbent mid-soles are encased by the wraparound outsole to minimize damage from wear and tear. Drainage vents move water out and prevent debris from entering. Each boots weighs just over a pound and is about 2ft in height on the leg. The rest of the undergarments includes underwear, socks, etc. The pants has 4 pockets, 2 on each side, and matches the rest of the uniform being mostly black in color.

Yurie uses ever thing he has as a tool at one point in the battle, But seeing how Wraith is a mechanic He caries around in his pack tools that allow him to fix and upgrade vehicles, He is also skilled in creating bioweapons yet he hardly uses them.
Gear: Yurie is equipped with 10 clips to his Bazerker and 4 energy charges for his pulse blaster. He also has a deck of cards and a combat knife.Built in the upper back center of the armor encased in a compartment is an Ionized Gamma Energy Battery. The battery is designed to have full control of the contained energy including the radiation so the wearer doesn't get affected by it and the compartment for it does the same like a secondary defense. This battery acts as the primary source of power for the outfits systems. By Ionizing Gamma Radiation and converting it to Gamma Energy it doesn't consist of any electrons. The amount of energy the battery contains can power the outfits systems for about two weeks. The battery weights about 3lbs and about 1inch long.
This outfit comes with a useful Deflector Shield meant for infantry units and made out of concentrated filtered Ionized Gamma Energy that the device emits of such significant magnitude so that objects affected by the particular force relating to the field are unable to pass. When hit, the shielding looks like a bubble around the user. It's capable of blocking high powered kinetic blows from the outside while attacks from within the shield can freely pierce through the shield without damaging it by measuring the frequency allowing certain objects to pass. Basically the best way to destroy it is with repetitive attacks and when the shield is not being damaged it is automatically recharging itself by absorbing all types of energy and manipulating it into ionized gamma energy. It's invisible to the naked eye, while not being damaged. The deflector shield device is not connected to the outfits battery.
Another useful piece of equipment is a cloaking device that generates a "spatial distortion" which causes light and sensor rays to travel around the body and clothing, so that nothing is reflected from its surface. Invisible to the naked eye and to most sensor systems giving the ability to be much harder to detect. Cloaking is said to require so much power that the operator can't use weapons or anything that generates high kinetic energy unless he or she first de-cloaks.
Yurie is also equipped with a watch that with a press of a button an exosuit consumes him in a body armor made of pure muscle and electronics the muscle turns into the Bone Crusher exosuit The powerful but lightweight design issues are also true of the joint actuators. Standard hydraulic cylinders are powerful and capable of being precise, but they are also heavy due to the fluid-filled hoses and actuator cylinders, and the fluid has the potential to leak onto the user. Pneumatics are for precise movement since the compressed gas is springy, and the length of travel will vary with the gas compression and the reactive forces pushing against the actuator.
Generally electronic servomotors are more efficient and power-dense, utilizing high-gauss permanent magnets and step-down gearing to provide high torque and responsive movement in a small package. Geared servomotors can also utilize electronic braking to hold in a steady position while consuming minimal power, They are commonly using inexpensive and easy to mold materials such as steel and aluminum. However steel is heavy and the powered exoskeleton must work harder to overcome its own weight in order to assist the wearer, reducing efficiency.
As the design moves past the initial exploratory steps, the engineers move to progressively more expensive and strong but lightweight materials such as titanium, and use more complex component construction methods, such as molded carbon-fiber plates.The exosuit is plated with Steel and is sprayed with diamond powder that Makes it nearly bullet proof, yet the small places in the joints are the only place that is able to get damaged, the Exosuit fits under the soldier's other armor, making it almost impossible to spot. The Exosuit allows the user to hold 10 times his own weight and run to extreme speeds, this also allows him to calculate his opponent's moves before he makes them.

Incorporated in the outfits systems is an anti-virus and firewall which protects and encrypts all of the contents of the technology. It also prevents things from gaining access to its systems without the wearers approval. In other words, it prevents leeching or copying files. The Antivirus software is used to prevent, detect, and remove malware, including but not limited to computer viruses, computer worms, trojan horses, spyware and adware. If for some reason something tries to hack/breach the firewall, it'll send a backlash of malware to disrupt their computer operation, gather sensitive information, or gain unauthorized access to their computer systems if they don't have protection. If someone is using their brain or powers to do this, it can cause serious side effects including amnesia or other brain defects. They will also be identified and traced to their direct location.
As usual TDA's Cross Comm. Systems is also connected and provides real time data on the move greatly enhancing intel. It automatically paints an orange marker over located hostile units, green for TDA units, blue for allies/friendlies, yellow for neutral/unknown. Also allows the operator to point out hit points for artillery fire, and destination markers. It will tell you basic information about each marker. Name, Distance From, Height, etc. The Cross Comm systems is incorporated with the helmet and goggles. The memory chip contains up to 2.5 Terabytes (TB) of memory.
Sensor arrays gathers information about the surrounding space or environment using a variety of sensors and then an advanced computer would process and analyze the data. The sensors allows for navigation, spot approaching obstacles, detect incoming objects or projectiles, or chart interstellar phenomena. It can even pick up a cloaked individuals footsteps. Information gets sent to the heads up display and radar which transmits through TDA's cross com systems. It also helps to receive and amplify signals.
