I ha a suggestion..
I don't think you should make every memebr a vice captain. I believe they should earn their ranks. If they are not working then they don't deserve the tilte they were givien. I think simply being memers is good enough for them.
Just a suggestion.
And you don;t want everyone going crazy with Mod powers.
