Ok your in Bill's ranch right now, so when you talked to bill he should have told you to go talk to someone else. when you talk to a zOMD standbyer, you should always have your map up. cause when that happens, if you see a red flag somewhere on your map, thats where you must go.
As you complete these quest, you'll get Crystals and Orbs for level ups.
I'm not even close to the middle of the game and i got more Crystals then i really need ^-^
