You're weighing out the good and faulty
In a desperate attempt to seek what's right
Won't you quiet your mind, love
And surrender in this silly fight?
The missing years are no hindrance
I filled the void too fast
Rest your eyes from the ardurous journey
Bid farewell to a lonely past
And embrace this new surge of life
Taste the joy of this fine hour
God has sent your guardian angel
And with love, you will be empowered.
