Hey! My name is Selena Gomez! You may know me from Hannah Montana! You know, I played Mikayla in that one episode. Well, in the next few paragraphs you will be reading a little more about me okay?
I was born on July 22, 1992 in New York, New York. I was born into a Mexican family. My parents names are Adam and Laura Gomez. I have 3 sisters and I am the second youngest out of all of them. I am the only member in my family in show business.
I'm going to be telling a little bit about my acting career in this paragraph okay? Well, my first role was in an episode of Barney and Friends. I played a little girl named Gianna. I filmed a pilot episode (as the lead character) in a show called "Stevie Sanchez". I played Stevie. That show was sort of like a spin-off of the Disney Channel original show called "Lizzie McGuire". I also made a guest appearance on "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody". I played Gwen, Cody's girlfriend of only one day. If you don't know which one that is it's called "A Midsummer's Night Dream". I was featured in an episode of "Hannah Montana" as Mikayla. I played a pop star rival of Hannah's in the episode. I will be in a second episode of Hannah Montana. So expect to be seeing a bit more of me. My latest project is The Disney Channel Original Series "Wizards of Waverly Place". That will be premiering in October of this year.
