Agreed. For me it was a social sort of thing, but it was also a place for me to collect things and waste my money, haha. I forced myself to stop when I started trying to spend money I didn't have. :S
Good! Yours will be the first I draw for then. 4laughheart Or I shall draw for two prizes that day. Thank you again! I wish you had a quest thread or some sort of thread? Or a want list? anything!
I have Skype as well as facebook and a regular email.
I am just that awesome xdheart Teasing. Just being respectful. Some artists have their signature on the art or some sort of symbol that they've adopted as their own. Others don't. That is totally up to the artists but I always like to credit who done what for me. It's the 'right' thing to do and it avoid people 'stealing' which is a no go in my book.
Aw, I am speaking on behalf of everyone - I am sure they'll say the same thing - thank you! We appreciate it. I can add it to the list of things we draw for unless you are needing to do the sketch fairly soon? My raffle ends on December 6th, and I could just add it to the list of things I am drawing for so it would be fair?
Wow really? It is only in respects of the artist. I don't care about the "flow" of my signature. xd It is rightfully yours, you put time and effort into the drawing, so you shall be credited. That is how I see it. emotion_sweatdrop
I am sure they would love that but if you're too busy, don't throw yourself out there and put too much on your shoulders. whee

I've always been a designer really, I've never been much into fine art. I like my work to have a context, an application, something practical rather than just self-expression or having a pretty picture in a frame. I love working for clients! I started off in Textiles at college, so really I've always been in to commercial art and producing something to a brief. I've always been into digital, I like the cleanliness and the immediacy of it. I do like to paint... but it's a lot of work to keep it up, and it's so expensive. Digital art is quicker, and cheaper to produce which is an issue for an illustrator, sometimes you might just get a few days to do a job (or less!) so it's important to have the resources to be able to do things quickly.
I wouldn't judge a university by its website, I have no idea why they don't utilise their creative resources of the students or even the lecturers, but they tend to outsource the web design and the quality is never as good... you should look for reviews of different courses, and go to as many open days as you can! x
