Why not? people are always in the signs they make it's just how it's done...as long as some form of you or body part is in it it's okay you can even cover half your face with the sign but no matter what some part of you has to be in a sign otherwise it's not really a personalized sign it's just a piece of paper (people also write the sign on a part of themselves too sometimes then take the pic)
