Did you cosplay him correctly? No, you didn't. You're missing all the straps on his lower half, you made his sneaking suit all black of all things... His suit is grey, with a black thermal vest, elbow pads, small gloves that actually can be replicated here, and his eyes are those of a rookie. I could care less about your opinion, but you sir, fail. Go and cry for how much of a disservice you've done to Konami fans who have to look upon this pile of bullshit and be enraged at how shoddy you've portrayed their favorite character.

Eyes darting from one arm to the other, Felicia made an amused sound as she cocked her hip to the side a bit as her lips pulled into a smirk.
"Now, if I were to just let you walk away, Otto, where would the fun in that be?" she mused, eyes narrowing slyly as she lifted a gloved hand to brush her hair back a bit. "You have something interesting and I think...yes, I think I want it." The thief's hand dropped and a foot slid back a bit as she fell into a stance, just as prepared to lash out as the doctor was. "You could make this easy and just give it to me," she purred now, fingers flexing a bit before curling into fists. "It'll be a lot less painful for you."
A soft hiss filled the air as something shot out of the darkness and managed to snag ahold of two of his mechanical arms, the light pulling taunt as whatever it was--or whoever it was--that had snared him set the line. In the next moment the person responsible made themselves known, Felicia swinging herself up over the ledge of the building, a grin dancing on her lips as she straightened up. She had been at the little Daily Bugle get together, she usually was because one never knew what they'd find at such an event, and she had been all too aware of what had been about to go down a few moments before it actually happened.
It had been just enough time to get changed and head off on the doctor's heels.
"Long time no see, handsome," she purred, sauntering over but, at the same time, staying out of reach for the most part, giving herself enough room to dodge backwards or to the sides to avoid any thrashing from the octo-villain. "Diamonds again hmm? You really are a surprising fellow, Doctor."
She had been making her rounds when this tentacled freak had suddenly appeared in the middle of the street. Was he a villian or a fellow hero? she couldn't tell. Well it was always better to err on the side of caution. Dropping into the fighters crouch, the man, for that is what he was, started to stir. He began speaking "Doc Ock hunh? not much subtlety there. Can I ask what you are doing in my City?"
