ok what you do
you have a big pot with lid
turkeynecks
you cut up 1celery (wash) 1/2onions (pill) 1carrots (wash) and 1-2 jalapeno( the green one also have about 3 table spoons of there juice to add ) and about 1/3 a cup of white vinegar, 2 or more cups of water. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and salt (not combined eah have own amount)
put in pot
cook medium to high untill boiling let cook for about 20 min (add water if needed do drown them, dont let them get dry either ) and till they turn like dark pink with a light white cover over them
then eat
