Yes! At first I was really having my doubts about him, but all of that has been erased; He's amazing at the part - he really owns it.
And that's what I just love about the current writers. They have been able to manipulate things so well and so cleverly, so that we know it's all going somewhere specific, but you never know where until the end, where it ties up wonderfully. I cannot wait to see where they take the story around River Song. I am so curious as to what she is. The writers said that she's the last thing we'll expect... > w<

I can agree with that! As far as the Modern Who world goes, as much as I enjoyed the past couple of seasons and how they were written, I think the current writers are utterly fantastic.

I don't leave random comments often, but I love your avatar! You even have the starry night swirls in reference to the Van Gogh episodes! (Was my favorite episode in this past season. When the Doctor brought Vincent to the modern world and showed him his art in the museum... The emotions expressed!! So amazing.)
