you can talk on rallies by just typing, there should be a icon at the bottom of the screen to allow you to do so, if you can't see it, than your computer isn't allowing it or something, but you'll still be able to type, just as long as you know what you want to say. hope this helps.

OH, also when your done with a sentence, just press enter or return, to have it show up above your avatar.
