I buy all kinds of art styles. Effort should be clear, though. And I will assume that artists can keep to the requests for the most part.
Send me some examples and pricerange. I mostly pay 25k to 50k for say chibies, but this can be more when the quality is high.
Some good examples are in my journal. Go have a look at what he looks like as my original character. Notice that his hair is more wavy and in a different style on the tektek. This is no problem, because he's had his hair touching the ground in olden days. If you want to draw him you can decide on his hairdo.
