it won't let me friend you or anyone else in tetra304 and tetra305. i know how but i don't understand why that option won't come up

i'm not quite sure but it shouldn't be too long. we are getting a new house soon and hopefuly we will have high speed and stuff will load. my computar is over loaded with stuff tho :,(
