Nah she's not from the future, and you wouldn't be her Real father...just a father Figure, but she thinks you really are her father.

her true father was that super happy tree, (from yoshi's story) He was like a pillar for the Island, if he were to be taken for example, the whole Island would crumble and seist to exists. Because he knew he was gonna die he called for Boshi and asked him to take care of the Island and become King since he was a great leader (this history was known from mario rpg) he asked this as a last favor. The happy tree with its Powers created a Castle for Him to live in, and a child that was given The trees power. the child was created from the leaves of the tree, that child was my character Princess Yoshi.
