I doubt that ur friend is hacked instead of being banned. Pls read my pm, i'd like to recommend a gaia staff who helped me to recover all my lost items and gold after I was hacked this January. He just helped another friend of mine recently.
Pls notice: hacker often warn u that somebody has reported u and ask u give them ur imformation include your password. Gaia staff NEVER asks about ur password.
