For most surgeries like this, 6-8 weeks is the usual time-frame for basic recovery. At 6 weeks, I will also have my weight lifting restriction removed and I can safely lift things more than 10lbs. again.

This avatar itself is an older one I have worn before. I have been playing around with ideas in my closet, but I haven't been able to decide on a new finished outfit yet. I wanted to go ahead and change into something else, even so.

Yeah, I was so worried that they were going to lock my account / block my account due to that dumb Chatbot.
So glad the mod was very understandable and forgiving. XD
Literally like one of the rare times I choose to spend actual money on Pokemon Go (just because I was really wanting that 10th Anniversary Pokemon collection!) and, yeah.
Disappointed that I wasn't able to use those other two passes, but having my account is better than not having my account! emotion_0A0

Unfortunately true, buy and then immediately use the Pass.
Ironically I thought buying the three Passes would be cheaper - but not if they're suddenly missing and non-refundable.
So I guess while it's more expensive when looking at it on screen, it's cheaper and guaranteed for use.

But now that the 10th Anniversary event is done, and I'm broke, no more need to buy Passes. XD

I'm doing okay, was planning on going to the store, but the weather had its own plans.
We've been dry as a bone for weeks, grass is getting crispy and browning from lack of rain, constant high heat.
So we're just now getting a bunch of rain - literally on the day I was supposed to leave and get groceries.
My mom's not a fan of going out in the rain, and I'm broke, so yeah, staying home sounds like the best plan. XD

Boots is spoiled rotten as always, don't you know that? XD
As soon as I get home, I shower her with love and attention, take her outside to do her business, we go inside and hog the fan because it's hot outside, and then we roughhouse before lounging around because it's too hot outside to do things.
AKA same as always. XD

About the forum thread:

Basically, I bought a 3-pack of Raid Passes from Pokemon Go, and I thought to myself, "I'll save them to use when I go to work on Monday."
Come Sunday, and... My passes were gone.
So I tried to get ahold of the Chatbot one way (directly through my phone.)
So I typed in that my Raid Passes went missing.
The Chatbot auto-filled its own submission and said 'Someone used my account without my permission.'
So that's when I turned to the forum for help, from anyone who might have known Pokemon Go's help area better than me (because I've never used it before.)
So then I used Google to help me faster because I was afraid the mods on Pokemon Go were going to be like "What's this? Someone's using her account against her knowledge?" and possibly block my account.
Like, obviously I have proof that I'm me, but just the thought of it being in danger because of a dumb Chatbot. gonk
So when I went to Google, I found a link to a different help, and I tried to let them know that the Chatbot was wrong and that my Raid Passes were missing.
The Chatbot messed up - again - and this time said 'Someone used my money to make purchases without my permission.'
So I checked the forum (no replies yet) and then got a reply from a mod on Pokemon Go, so I messaged them everything.
I apologized and said that I was simply trying to find out where my Raid Passes went and that the Chatbot kept messing up everything.

And... The mod said that I used up all of my Raid Passes.
Which is a lie, because I had been saving them for Monday morning in case there were any new Pikachu Raids around on my way to work.
But I've noticed in the past that my Raid Passes have gone missing, so it's definitely not the first time I've noticed they've disappeared.
So I did some extra digging on Google, and it turns out that the company is known for saying 'but you were the one who used up all of your Raid Passes' and that it's basically next to impossible to argue with them.

So it sucks, hard lesson learned from Pokemon Go.
Never buy multiple Raid Passes, even though a single Raid Pass will cost a little bit extra.
It sucks, but that's what I get I guess. sweatdrop

    Sure, bit! It's the Asexual (or, Ace) Pride flag and its colors represent the asexual spectrum used by researchers when studying types of human sexuality. Originally, it was a black-to-white flag where black represented asexuality, grey represented demisexuality, and white for sexuality. The purple was added to represent community. If you're unfamiliar with asexuality, it is a sexuality type where someone feels little or no sexual attraction. They might only experience those feelings in a very specific situations, or they might feel adverse to it.

    Trying to put it more simply, my asexual brain does not get excited for many things to the same degree or in the same way that other brains do. An example would be when there are construction workers outside the windows at work and my female coworkers are checking them out. Their brains are getting something from that but, I do not know those strangers and mine does not. It feels surreal. Like being at a festival full of good food but, everyone is only talking obsessively about pizza and acting like you're strange for not being as into pizza as they are. As someone who is more on the demisexual spectrum, I've dated sometimes and been attracted to the people I dated but, pizza is still just one of many nourishing food possibilities, no more exciting to me than the others. I hope that helps!
