So what if he(I AM NOT HEPHEASTUS) is involved in the fighting.... your the god of war! That is your field. Hephaestus make the weapons, you use them. Ares would be obsessed with war.

I know dude, ive read the story of Hephaestus aphrodite and ares. And Ares wasnt the only one she was cheating on him with... there was Adonis and Anchises. Can we drop this and say that no matter what the myths say, this aphrodite shant be bed hopping with Ares.

And also, it's also frequently believed that Aphrodite later left Hephaestes altogether and then married Ares.

Besides, what would ares want to do with anyone that didnt involve fighting... beeing the god of war he would probably be some bloodthirsty killing machine with no other purpose....
yes, i know aphrodite frequently cheated on Hephaestus with ares, im not an idiot.
There would be no romance with Ares, only bloodshed....

BTW.... that last one also proves alanakin to be the ultimate winner of the sexy war. Since i have now dubbed her Aphrodite...
