Meh, this is pretty common, but I'll give credit to Nao-chan for giving my inspiration for it. Plus, it makes real sense!

General Stuff:
Name: Ashen (or Ash/Ashe)
Gender: It's complicated.
Age: Younger than I look, older than I act.
Status: Not particularly tied to anyone. ... Yet. :3
Likes: Writing essays/stories/fanfics/etc., romance sims, visual novels, cute things (X3), sleeping (of course)
Dislikes: Most of high school, snotty seniors ( I AM a senior D= ), snotty people in general, stupid people, society in general (which is why I essay about them so much)
Anime: Tsubasa Chronicle, Kasimasi ~Garu Mitsu Garu~, Hayao Miyazaki movies, anything that makes me squeal "chooo~ kawaii!!"
Manga: Saikano, Megatokyo, Tsubasa, Death Note, stuff by Koge Donbo
TV Shows: CSI: (the ORIGINAL), Law & Order (original and SVU), Jeopardy!
Music: JPop/Rock, Classical, VG Music, Trance, Rock (most all types) (I enjoy listening to just about everything except rap and some Euro stuff)
Movie: I like watching good movies. I don't have a specific, but I'm a filmmaker, so I know good movies when I see them. And WHY THEY'RE GOOD IN MOVIE TERMS. D=
Book: Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy. And, of course, three of the book ideas I've got stuck in my head.
Video Game: Pokemon, Sunset Over Imdahl, Star Ocean series, Narcissu (AWESOME visual novel, it makes pro wrestlers cry =D)[Ashen ADDED a category! Oh noez!]

Random facts:
- I am WAYYY too good at Jeopardy. Double Jeopardy's a little harder, but I do decently. Yay for being on It's Academic.
- I play WAYYY too many instruments for my own good, and none of them will do me any good in a modern-style band. =D
- Insanity is my middle name.
- I've currently got three novel ideas stuck in my head: one sci-fi young adult novel, one adult fantasy (no, not THOSE fantasies, sicko) novel, and a really interesting modern fantasy novel. Not listing their names here, 'cause then people will steal it. D=
- I do have paranoia; thanks for asking.
- People call me a modern Beethoven. I suck at writing music. Well, in my own eyes.
- I practically have insomnia most nights.
- ( I'll add to this. I have a dead brain right now D= )

Anyways, me in a nutshell. Comment if you like (I don't get enough of them T----T). I need to find more reasons to post, since there's not much.

I'm also (slowly) learning Japanese from a second-generation Californian (he knows stuffs), so I speak a little bit. Still learning the writing stuff, but that's what Japanese-English dictionaries are for. Anyways, the aim is to learn as many languages as possible (I have stuff on Russian, German, Japanese, and I take Spanish). Yay for linguistics. (Plus, I need to practice my drawing, 'cause I have a most excellent idea for a "manga" based on, well, my life. Just a little more vocal. ^^;;; Ano ko tachi mitai ni naritai~!)
