Crap, I've always hated these things. You're expected to just sit down, type down your life story, then submit it for everyone over the internet to view. Well, I say screw that. I'm going to tell you what I want to say, but I doubt you'll want to know. I'm a teenage girl living in Canada, who spends eight hours a day on her laptop and has a katana hanging over her desk. I write eccentric stories about gay guys and talking radishes in my spare time. I eat apple pie and pocky for breakfast. My stepdad acts like he's my five-year-old brother. I collect Renaissance dresses, cosplay costumes and trashy clothes. I was born with what is either a New York or a Boston accent, even though no one in my family's ever been 500 miles near either NYC or Boston. I'm trying to teach my cat to attack people's heads when they enter our house. I'm one screwed up kid, and I'm officially out of things to say, so consider this little blurb finished!

Now, I'm not Christian or Catholic. I've only read the bible once (out of curiosity), and I don't have the same religious views. But my mother taught me that quote several years ago, and I've held it dear to my heart ever since. It's true. Don't stress or worry about the unavoidable, the things you cannot change, and instead focus your time and energy on what you can change.

AND IN OTHER NEWS...
[Sunday, March 30th, 2008] - Wow... it has been forever since I updated this thing! Sorry for those of you who actually read it (if -anyone- actually reads it); life has been hectic. Quite hectic. Anyways, for those of you who know me and/or your North American convention dates, you'll know that today is/was the final day of SAKURA-CON 2008!! W00t! Let me say this, simply: it was AWESOME! The Gaia Online panel had more attendees then ever before (thank gods we got a bigger room this year; and still, more then half the line was turned away because we were out of space, I believe. Might be wrong on that though, so don't quote me).
And even cooler then that was the fact that this was the first year where our panel had an actual Gaia Online presence; that's right, kiddies. This year's panel was run by none other then.... DJ HELSING (who, for the record, was a great DJ at the dance after the panel, and is a blast to watch dance and/or lip-sync). We're making progress, people. First, we get recognized by Kiki's Road Trip. Then we get our first admin. Ever. At this rate, world domination is just around the corner! Mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha.... seriously, though, the convention was awesome. Had a blast, made a bunch of new friends, and got to hang out with some of my favorite old ones. (Editor, it was great seeing you again; see ya at AE 08!)
