You're correct! I got back to the site around 2019. Honestly I don't know how many years I was on hiatus before that...Originally I had no intention of returning, but I came back due to some unique circumstances. A friend of mine I met on Gaia passed in 2019, and some people in the community got together and did a memorial virtual meetup in zOMG in his memory. It really moved me, so I decided to stick around to get to know more about the modern Gaia community. I'm really glad I came back. There's a lot of really nice people here.

I wouldn't say things are good right now with Gaia's current state. The site isn't as fun as it used to be before 2009, but still, I'm looking for other ways to enjoy fun here. It always feels good & nostalgic whenever I come across someone I've seen long time ago. ^.~
