If you looked back a few pages -- probably quite a few -- you'll see that I mentioned disliking the general viciousness of the thread. You can't have a fun conversation unless it's on the terms of certain people, and a lot of the time my posts were entirely ignored. So I think I'm over it. It wasn't the kind of pleasant, sharing thread I thought it would be.

Haha, sorry for the mini rant.

Over the last few years, I've observed a lot of intolerance and hostility in the names of "freedom" and "equality".

I mean I think it's great that pretty much anyone can step forward these days and be accepted for who they are, but I don't think it's right to throw something different into the lives of people who aren't ready to accept it, you know? There are people who have beliefs and traditions that they've held onto for thousands of years, forcing them to accept change right away isn't the best way of doing things.

That might not make much sense, sorry. sweatdrop
