I'm Kelsee.

I live by the words of Coco Chanel, "A woman can be over-dressed [but] never over-elegant" and have come to the understanding that I cannot change how I am perceived...only how I am presented. I also have a slight obsession with hats, and try to wear fedoras and panamas with any outfit I can sneak them into.

And that's it. More to come. At a later date. Maybe... whee
