In the end, since I was topic-less, I ended up writing with Linda. We argued whether or not dictatorship is good. She argued for it, I argued against it. I got a 190/200. =) Not too bad, considering I totally messed up my essay and spent an extra hour after school just trying to come up with a conclusion.
Oh! I'm going off on a tangent here. xD So, apparently, for my English final, we have to write an in class-essay. Jenny said the only requirement is that it must be a persuasive essay. However, there is no assigned topic. I have no problem writing the essay, of course, but I'm having an issue thinking of what to write about. Do you have any suggestions? It has to be, of course, something final-worthy.
No >< I only put the batteries in yesterday. But! I have practiced more in these last two days than in the past month - or more. ^^ Yeah, mine take six D-size. But! It's worth it.
The closest I've ever gotten to a corset was the Renaissance costume. It was comfortable...until I changed for bed and realized how tight it had been - and it hadn't been as tight as a real corset should be.
Isn't that the book where you found the information about the women and the effects of wearing corsets?
Do you want to see Inkheart with me on the 24th? I signed up to write the review for newspaper. ^^ Are you coming over to help with the costume this weekend? Grandma said we can open the sewing machine! =D
