I was just randomly thinking about you, and caught up reading your journal. So sorry to hear you've been struggling with pain, and hope you've found a bit of relief. I can relate and empathize to not treating your body as a temple, and dealing with the struggles afterwards. It's such a hard thing to deal with, and pain demands to be felt.
