I am happily married and a new mother who is still trying to get used to the idea of being "mom." It's so bizarre, to me. I love every moment of it, but it doesn't make it any less strange to look at this tiny person I've helped create and know that he's my son.

Beyond that, I am an avid roleplayer who is currently running two campaigns at RPoL. I'm playing in three others. I enjoy playing a wide variety of classes and races as well as trying to stretch myself when it comes to portraying certain personalities. I try to switch it up so that I'm not alway playing the same kind of character. As far as alignments...don't even ask me about those. I despise the alignment system that D&D imposes.

I'll read just about anything that you put in front of me. However, I prefer fantasy, science fiction and horror above all other genres. I'm currently trying to find a good book to read. I recently finished Memoirs of a Geisha and don't have anything else lying around to occupy my wee noggin at night before I go to sleep. (Not that that is much of a problem, mind you. Having a 5 month old keep you awake at all hours pretty much insures that when you go to bed, you sleep.)

Current Quest: Family Jewels and Card Shark Bands! Man, am I going to be playing the slots a lot...
